Application eligibility:
According to the definition of the European Union (exceptions
are possible in well-founded, individual cases), private
persons, freelance occupations as well as small and
medium size commercial enterprises that are owner or
tenant of the estate on which the installation is to
be erected, expanded or reactivated, or who are energy
service providers for the plant which shall be erected,
expanded or reactivated for the eligible applicant.
Exclusions:
Regional administrative bodies as well as legal entities
of the private right who are predominantly in the property
of regional administrative bodies such as parishes and
foundations.
Furthermore there are low-interest rate equity loans
(currently between 3.9 and approx. 4.5 %) available
from the KfW (Credit Institute for Reconstruction) for
the execution of most measures in the context of the
CO² reduction program or the new building redevelopment
program. Many energy-saving measures or renewable energies
are subsidised by various parties. |
